報(bào)告人簡介:Yaoqing Zhang is an Assistant Professor in Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. His research interests span solid state chemistry, condensed matter physics, and ceramics, but are unified by the study of inorganic materials for potential applications in energy technologies. His research career commenced from the fundamental study of interstitial oxygen diffusion in ion conducting ceramics at St Andrews where he gained PhD in chemistry in 2011. Subsequently moved to Japan, he embarked on projects that deal with low dimensional magnetism and intercalation chemistry. From 2014, Yaoqing was prompted to the present position sponsored by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). Yaoqing is a top 10 finalist for 2010 Davidge Medal and a recipient of a number of awards including MSE Research Assistantship from Singapore, Dorothy Hodgkin PG Awards from UK and EaStCHEM Scholarship from UK. He serves as the referee for some high profile journals, e.g*. Advanced Energy Materials* (IF: 16.25), *ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces* (IF: 6.72), *Inorganic Chemistry* (IF:4.76), *ChemPhysChem* (IF: 3.42), and ChemSusChem (IF: 7.66).
