主講人簡介：

肖建波教授2009年獲日本岡山縣立大學營養學博士學位和中南大學應用化學博士學位，先后在德國維爾茨堡大學、澳門大學、西班牙維戈大學工作。現為西班牙維戈大學特聘教授。肖建波教授主要研究膳食多酚的穩定性、膳食多酚干預糖尿病、食物對生命演化的作用。近年來主持中國國家自然科學基金、西班牙科技創新項目、澳門科技發展基金等項目10多項。在Nature Reviews Drug Discovery (IF 122.7), Nano-Micro Letters (IF 31.6), Trends in Food Science & Technology (IF 15.1), Journal of Advanced Research (IF 11.4)等國際SCI期刊發表和接受論文400多篇，論文被引超過37800次，h-index=94，出版專著2部(Springer, 2021/2023)。2016年以來7次入選Clarivate Analytics全球高引用科學家(農業領域)。Food Frontiers (IF 9.9)和eFood (IF 4.0)創刊主編, 兼職擔任 Human Nutrition & Metabolism (Elsevier, IF 1.9)主編，Journal of Advanced Research (IF 11.4)、Food Chemistry (IF 8.5)、Phytomedicine (IF 6.7)、Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods (IF 4.6)、Phytomedicine Plus (Elsevier)等期刊副主編, Trends in Food Science & Technology (IF 15.1)、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition (IF 7.1)、Phytochemistry Reviews (IF 7.3), Food Science and Human Wellness (IF 5.6)、Current Research in Food Science (IF 6.2)、Current Research in Biotechnology (IF 3.8)、Industrial Crops and Products (IF 5.6)、Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry (IF 4.8)、Food Chemistry: Molecular Sciences (IF 4.1)等10多個SCI期刊編委。
